The Church of St. Mary Immaculate Conception is a Roman Catholic parish church in the Dutch town of Leerdam. The church is also known as the Roman Catholic Church. St. Mary's Church, not to be confused with the Grote Kerk, which is also called St. Mary's Church. The church replaced an older church building on the Nieuwstraat.

The first mention of an independent parish in Leerdam dates back to 1345. The church itself probably started as a castle chapel for Ter Leede Castle, after which it grew into an independent church. The church was dedicated to Mary.
