The St. Anthony and Cornelius Church is a Roman Catholic church located at Hoornseweg 12 in the Dutch town of Den Hoorn in Midden-Delfland. In 1915, it was decided to establish an independent parish in Den Hoorn. The first stone for the new church was laid on July 19, 1916, but due to a lack of funds and resources due to World War I, the church could not be completed immediately. In 1917, the church was therefore put into use with a partially built tower and without a priest's choir. A few years after the war, the construction of the church could be completed, and it was consecrated by Bishop Augustinus Callier on May 21, 1922. The church was dedicated to Anthony of Padua and to Pope Cornelius from the third century, to whom a chapel had previously been dedicated in Den Hoorn or Delft.
