La iglesia de San Antonio y Cornelio es una iglesia católica romana en la Hoornseweg 12 en el lugar neerlandés Den Hoorn en Midden-Delfland. En 1915 se decidió fundar una parroquia independiente en Den Hoorn. La primera piedra de la nueva iglesia se colocó el 19 de julio de 1916, pero debido a la falta de dinero y recursos por la Primera Guerra Mundial, la iglesia no pudo ser completada de inmediato. En 1917, la iglesia se utilizó con una torre parcialmente construida y sin coro de sacerdotes. Algunos años después de la guerra, se pudo completar la construcción de la iglesia y fue consagrada el 21 de mayo de 1922 por el obispo Agustinus Callier. La iglesia fue dedicada a Antonio de Padua y al Papa Cornelio del siglo III, a quien ya se le había dedicado anteriormente una capilla en Den Hoorn o Delft.
