Village Street 11, Noorbeek: former chapel and Franciscan convent
At Village Street 11 in Noorbeek was the former Convent of Franciscan nuns. The building was initially constructed as a chapel. Later, it became a convent that provided shelter to a small group of sisters from the Franciscan order. In the mid-nineties of the twentieth century, the last sisters left for the mother convent. The chapel annex convent was then sold and now serves as a residential house.
