The Theehuis Rhijnauwen is a pavilion dating from the twenties along the Kromme Rijn in the Dutch municipality Bunnik.De nearby municipality of Utrecht purchased the Rhijnauwen estate in 1919. Initially, the purchase aimed at the construction of a small residential area, but this changed to the vision of creating a healthier and more social living environment for the inhabitants in the form of recreational opportunities.
