Description

At first glance you don't see anything special about the small hills the Vijlenerbos... Until you consider that these graves are between 3500 and 5000 years old! Our early ancestors lived in these forests long before the Romans came here. They are graves of the so-called band ceramics, the oldest peasant culture in Europe.
