Huis Watersley is a former monastery complex and estate on the southeastern edge of the Dutch city of Sittard, at the foot of the Kollenberg. The oldest part of the complex dates back to the year 1752 and was originally built as a hunting lodge. Later, it was used by various monastic orders, including mainly the Franciscans, who had the building radically rebuilt and expanded. Until December 2020, the complex was used by the Pergamijn Foundation and was part of a care facility for people with intellectual disabilities. The entire building is recognized as a national monument.
