This guard post house number 39 was probably built around 1888.
A guard post was a small house in which the track keeper lived. He or she opened and closed the level crossing barriers when a train passed. All cottages were built in the 80s and 90s of the 19th century. After the closure of the line in 1950, many houses were demolished because they lost their old function. Fortunately, a number of them have been preserved.
