The Waterloosmolen is a ground sailer near Rijpwetering in the Dutch municipality of Kaag en Braassem. The mill was built in 1857 for the drainage of the Waterloospolder, replacing a burnt-down predecessor. In 1965 the mill was purchased by the Rijnlandse Molenstichting.
The Waterloosmolen is grinding and pumps the polder on a voluntary basis. The mill is inhabited and cannot be visited.
