Den Evert is a semi-open post mill that is located on the Einhoutsestraat in Someren. The mill served as a flour mill and originally had a front and rear mill, of which only the front mill is still present. The front mill has 17der artificial stones and a four-stroke rhine.
The mill originally dates from 1543 and was then a ban mill of the Abbey of Postel. It was originally located near Sluis XI on the Zuid-Willemsvaart. The mill was rebuilt in 1738 and in 1767 it was sold to Evert van der Grinten, who gave the mill its name.
