The Tolhuissluis is a lock in the Netherlands on the border of the provinces of South Holland and North Holland, which connects the Amstel-Drecht canal with the Drecht and the Aarkanaal. The lock is located near Nieuwveen but on the territory of the municipality of Uithoorn.
The lock was built in 1823 on the initiative of King William I, as part of making the Amstel, the Drecht and the Aar canal navigable for larger ships. The lock replaced the locks at the Bilderdam and at the Kattenbrug and bridged the level difference between the then Water Boards Rijnland and Amstelland.
