The Leidschendam Lock is a lock with pointed gates in the Rhine-Schie Canal in the residential area of Leidschendam in the municipality of Leidschendam-Voorburg, in the Dutch province of South Holland. The waterway is CEMT class IIa.
The chamber can be divided into two chambers by means of a connecting door. Gully width northern lock chamber 7.00 m. Threshold depth north side KP –2.29 m, south side KP -2.49 m Gully length 75.00 m, lock length 69.00 m, width south lock chamber 14.50 m. However, permitted dimensions are 60.00 m long, 6.85 m wide and 2.00 m draught. There is a drawbridge over both lock heads with a vertical clearance of 0.90 m when closed. The said draught applies to a
water level of NAP –0.50 m.
