Description

We walk over a hill where the dilapidated Linden Chapel was demolished in 1837.
It will always remain a question when a chapel was built on this Linden hill. According to tradition, the building needed repairs as early as 1760. It also served as a school.
Now there is a memorial stone with the lines of poetry by poet A.C.W. Staring:

"Do not raise up a place of prayer here,
The Universe is the Temple of the Lord."
