Description

It is the oldest mill in the city. It was built before the sixteenth century and had to be relocated. At first it was located near the fortress but was moved as the access to Havenkanaal was cut off to protect the city, so there are still some remains of the wall near the mill. Going towards the port. In 1621, in the western part of the mill a bastion called blue was built, and in the eastern part the orange that was completed in 1652, these were two architectural pieces of protection of the city.
