The Berlage Bridge is a bascule bridge in the city of Groningen over the Eemskanaal. The bridge is one of the newest bridges in the city and was built in 2010 to create a better connection between Oosterhoogebrug and the industrial area of Euvelgunne. With the bridge, there is no longer a need to detour via the Europabrug. The bridge is named after architect and urban planner Hendrik Petrus Berlage, who was co-responsible as an advisor for the city expansions of Groningen in the 1920s and '30s. The Eltjo Ruggeweg, the extension of the Oliemuldersweg, runs over the bridge.
