The restaurant is located in the Zeeland town of Cadzand-Bad and is situated in Strandhotel Cadzand. This hotel is on Boulevard de Wielingen and lies in the dunes along the North Sea. The kitchen is led by chef Syrco Bakker. Syrco Bakker was for many years the sous-chef of Sergio Herman at restaurant Oud Sluis. The restaurant opened on March 15, 2010. At Pure C, they work with daily fresh and seasonal products from Zeeland.
