The large thatched hall house farmhouse on the corner of Schaapskuilweg and Hoofdstraat in Valthe was built around 1780 in a traditional traditional traditional architectural style. At the time of the construction of the farm in 1780, there were four ash trees around the village of Valthe: the Westeresch, the Oosteresch, the Linderesch and the Holtesch. In the course of the 19th century, the two new ash trees were added. At the time of the construction of the farm, the relatively small village had 26 houses, which were located around two greens.
