The Doornse Gat is a nature and recreation area in a former sand extraction site on the north side of the road Doorn - Leersum to the east of Doorn. It is part of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug National Park. The Doornse Gat is located on the south side of the Utrechtse Heuvelrug with the Doornse Kaap to the northwest, the Ruiterberg to the north, and the Darthuizerberg to the east.
