Gemert Castle is a castle located in the center of Gemert, in the Dutch province of North Brabant. The castle is located on the "Kasteellaan"; this avenue leads to the "Ridderplein".
The construction of this castle started in 1391. It was inhabited by the Knights of the Teutonic Order and it was built by order of the Commander Hendrik Reinaart van Husen. It was located on the Rips south of the village chapel. This chapel was located to the east of the current St. John's Church from 1437, on the other side of the street.
