The Duchess of Brabant is a former flour mill at Parallelweg 8 in Drunen , North Brabant. This stone belt mill from 1838 replaced a post mill that had burned down two years earlier. The Duchess of Brabant was in operation until 1947; After that, a diesel engine was used to grind and the mill fell into disrepair. A restoration in 1953-54 made the mill millable again, but when a society was established in 1969, the mill fell into disrepair again. The jibs were removed from the rods in 1969 and later the rods were completely stripped. The area became very messy and the mill has grown into it. However, the interior had not been removed. In 2010, many tall trees in the area were uprooted, but that was only to be able to place a noise barrier along the A59.
