Kempen country house - Spanjers Architect

Thanks to a very driven and demanding client, Spanjers Architect, in collaboration with architect Bart Verbruggen from Belgium, was able to draw a beautiful country house in Kempen style. The house consists of a composite volume. The main volume, which accommodates the house, is covered with a gable roof, is perpendicular to the secondary volume, in which the garage is located.
The building will be built entirely of very high-quality and luxurious materials, giving it a very stylish look. For the façades, an improved old klampsteen in a third-part format is used and incorporated in cross-bracing. The frames, doors and shutters are partly made of untreated padouk and partly painted in the colour 'lamp-black'. The use of large-sized elements in bluestone and a number of special treatments of the masonry give this villa a luxurious and well-thought-out appearance. The roof will be covered with 'Pottelberg Vieilli' tiles in the colours red and blue smothered.
