Stookery Norbeeck

Stookery Norbeeck is a craft distillery that has been located in Noorbeek since 2013. They produce distillates and liqueurs from regional fruit varieties in a sustainable and responsible manner. The production process always consists of a raw and a fine firing. This technique and the four layers in the distilling column ensure that all products are of high quality. This resulted in the Frankfurt International Spirit Trophy being awarded.

Sterkwater is a grappa made from trester. These are the grape skins that remain after the wine grapes have been pressed at the winegrower. Stookery Norbeeck helps the winegrower with the removal of the residual material and keeps the trester separate from different vineyards. In this way, they produce different types of Spirits that are drunk as a digestif and as a drink with, for example, a cheese platter.
The liqueurs are made from Sterkwater and regional products. The Stookery develops recipes that are composed only with organic ingredients. The ingredients are infused into Spirits, creating a variety of flavors. The assortment of Stookery Norbeeck consists of: STERKWATER, STERKWATER op Eycken, STERKWATER zwaer Eycken, CITRIJN (limoncello), BEERENVANGER (honey liqueur), BARBAAR (rhubarb liqueur) and VLIEREFLUITER (elderflower liqueur).
