The seesaw mill with the name 'Plukkopmolen', from an unknown year of construction, was equipped for the drainage of the polder Lexmond c.a. and equipped with an internal miller's house and a paddle wheel as a water lifting tool. The mill was dismantled around 1926, with the blade cross, the upper house and the ongoing work removed. The mill remnant was given a function as a home and is still in use as such. The mill remains are located on the east side of the Oude Zederik, approximately 250 meters north-northwest of the 'Vlietmolen' of the Lakerveld polder.
