In the center of the Municipality of Lochem we find the Market. Surrounded by a number of historical buildings, including the Gudulakerk and the Old Town Hall. The monumental trees in the front, "Small-leaved linden" have unfortunately been cut down because they posed too much danger to visitors and have been replaced by "False Christ thorn".
