The Gieten-Borger Forestry is a forestry managed by the State Forestry in the Dutch municipalities of Aa en Hunze and Borger-Odoorn in the province of Drenthe.
The Gieten-Borger forestry covers approximately 2,900 hectares and was established around 1922 as part of the work creation. Before that time, there was an extensive heath landscape here. The northern part of the forestry was developed first, followed by the southern part. In 1963, the forestry was expanded by the purchase of a walking forest in Drouwenerzand.
