The Taarlosche Diep is a brook near the village of Taarlo in the municipality of Tynaarlo in Drenthe. The brook is part of the river system of the Drentsche Aa. At the height of the road from Gasteren to Loon, the Loonerdiep transitions into the Taarlosche Diep. The brook flows east of the village of Taarlo. At the Tweediepskolk, it merges with the Gasterensche Diep and then continues as the Oudemolensche Diep.
