The Sint-Hyacinthus Chapel is a former Roman Catholic chapel in Tiel in the Dutch province of Gelderland. It is named after Saint Hyacinthus of Poland.
The chapel is located at Dominicushof 18a in Tiel and behind St. Dominic's Church. The area where the chapel is located is called the St. Walburgkwartier or Dominicuskwartier. The chapel was built in 1929 as part of the Roman Catholic St. Andrew's Hospital and St. Hyacinthus' Convent, where the Dominican Sisters lived. He was consecrated in 1929 by Father Orie and consecrated to the Sacred Heart of Jesus. The convent was still inhabited by a few nuns until 2001.
