The Noorderheide is a nature reserve of the Goois Nature Reserve on the north side of Laren and on the west side of Blaricum. The Noorderheide is a narrow strip along the Boissevainweg. The street on the east side of the area is also called Noorderheide.
The area is connected by two fauna gutters to the Blaricummerheide on the west side of this road. The northernmost gutter of this is connected to the Bikbergerbos. The area is located on the highest part of the Pleistocene moraine, southeast of the Table Mountain Heath and the Blaricummerheide. As part of the main ecological structure, the Noorderheide is connected to the Westerheide by the forty-metre-wide Laarderhoogt ecoduct over the A1.
