Blokker is a former municipality in the Netherlands located in the province of North Holland. The municipality was situated northeast of the city of Hoorn and consisted of the places Westerblokker and Oosterblokker. During the municipal reorganization of West Friesland on January 1, 1979, Westerblokker was added to the municipality of Hoorn, while Oosterblokker merged into the municipality of Bangert, with a third part merging into the municipality of Venhuizen.
