Description

Drieschouwen, which is located just south of Axel, was the central point of the ZVTM (Zeeuwsch-
Vlaamsche Tramweg- Maatschappij). In 1916 a depot, a workshop and yard, a depot were built here.

Drieschouwen is a reminder of a brick factory that was located just south of the

Westdorpe to Sas van Gent was exclusively for freight transport. In 1949 the ZVTM was a
full bus operation.
