Restaurant / Hotel Oortjeshekken is built on a former dike. As a result, there is a downstairs and an upstairs house with 13 rooms and a total of 32 beds; 2 family rooms (two to four persons), 2 rooms for two to three persons, and 7 double rooms. Oortjeshekken is located in the middle of the nature reserve "De Gelderse Poort" and is therefore a great starting point for hikers and cyclists. There is a lot to be enjoyed throughout the day. Recharge after a wonderful cycling or walking tour with a cup of delicious coffee and apple pie or an extensive lunch!
