Here was kindergarten Pinkeltje. Now the Stadsbeek flows through a green water playground. Storage areas for rainwater have been laid out on the Pinkeltjesplein. If it rains extremely hard, the water is temporarily collected here. This playground was partly paid for by the European Catch subsidy, as an example project for other cities. With smart waterworks you not only keep a city dry, you also make it cooler and more beautiful!
