Camping Boschlust

Camping Boschlust is located on the grounds of an old Saxon farm at the edge of the picturesque village of Westervelde. This esdorp is one and a half kilometers from Norg. Camping Boschlust is the ideal place for anyone who loves peace, space, and nature.
In practice, this appeals to both young families and those aged 50 and over.
The campsite has 15 spacious pitches and is situated in one of the most beautiful parts of Drenthe.
Because we are small-scale and prioritize hospitality, there is a cozy and informal atmosphere. The campsite is located at the edge of the picturesque village of Westervelde.

Camping in nature
Via an avenue lined with old oaks, you arrive at the campsite. The campsite features 15 very spacious pitches with an unobstructed view. From the campsite, you can see the Brink, surrounded by several old farms.
Further along, cows, sheep, and a few horses graze in the meadow. The toilet building is located in the hay barn. You will find two toilets, a washroom, two showers with (free) hot water, and a kitchen sink with hot and cold water for washing dishes. Additionally, we have a refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, free WIFI, and an A.E.D.

Close to cycling and walking routes
The campsite borders an extensive nature reserve, where you can enjoy forests, beautiful vistas, and the esdorp landscape. The campsite is located on cycling and walking routes such as the Drenthepad and the NAP route. Various information about activities in the area is posted on the bulletin board. There is a brochure rack with all kinds of information about what to do in the area, and there are books and magazines available for loan. Close to the campsite are two beautiful (fishing!) ponds.
