The Nuland water catchment area has beautiful hiking trails and many types of trees (deciduous and coniferous forest) in which many birds, squirrels and insects hide. Heather and some small sand drifts can also be found here.
The fact that it is a water catchment area can be seen from the many wells and houses of Brabantwater. But that doesn't bother you for a moment because of the beautiful nature.
