The chapel is located on the Terzieterbeek at a junction of the Terzieterweg and the Helberg.
The chapel is dedicated to Mary.
In 1939 local residents wanted to build a chapel and applied for a building permit. When it was inside, the second world war started and nothing came of the plan to build a chapel. Shortly after the war , the chapel was built by residents of Terziet.
The Terzieterbeek flows in front of the open chapel, which is spanned here by a very wide access path, closed locally by a low wrought iron gate.
The chapel is built in white painted bricks with a basement of chunks of natural stone. two narrow pointed arch windows with colored stained glass have been installed in the side walls. The front facade also has a blue painted pointed arch-shaped niche high in the facade, in which a statue of Mary has been placed.
An altar has been placed against the rear wall of the chapel. In the rear wall of the apse, a blue-coloured niche has been made in which the white statue of Mary is located. On the wall to the left and right of the niche is a painting of two angels with a banderole on both sides of the niche in zigzag shape, on which a text has been applied:
Ave Maria Gratia Plena
(Hail Mary, full of Grace)
