Walk through the wooded area near America. Most paths are unpaved, so appropriate shoes are recommended. In the summer, the narrow paths can be heavily overgrown, so wearing long pants is advisable. This is the more extensive version of the 'Round forested area America' and the route now also goes through the Zuursche Dunes. The Zuursche Dunes consist of heathland with ponds, drifting sand, and coniferous trees. You might still see the Stonechat in this heathland, which particularly feels at home in heath areas. The largest part of this area is maintained by Natuurmonumenten.
The route is about 9 km long and contains relatively many unpaved roads and narrow paths. Routing Walking - most beautiful
