Description by the author

This regional product route takes you to various places where you can buy and taste products from the land. You can also see how they are made. For example, you will pass the project "from Field to Baker", where a farmer, a miller and a baker joined forces to make a real and honest bread with a minimum of transport movements. The grain is grown near Elsloo and ground in the Makkinga flour mill. The warm Baker of Oosterwolde makes a delicious authentic bread from it: Weijers Eigen Brood. This route takes you past the plot where the grain is grown, past the mill and also past the baker.

Further along this route many farm shops where you can buy the products of the land directly from the farmer. But also restaurants, which process the local products in their dishes: honest enjoyment!
