Routing Cycling - nodes, Recreational cycling - shortest

GPS recording from 26 July 2022 and adapted by the Kröner Muller park

This is a modified nicer ride as I did on July 26, 2020 and goes through the Kröner Muller park for which you have to pay to be allowed through There are very nice parts in the ride but also quite a few parts along the road with a free bike path

Next link https://www.routeyou.com/nl-nl/route/view/11251790/recreatieve-fietsroute/rondje-loenen-over-stuifduintjes-deelen-hoenderloo is the route I did not go through the paying park.

Drifting dunes Deelen

Bults like you see here in the forest are on the Veluwe or burial mounds and or drifting dunes like here. These hills in the forest are small drifting dunes that are overgrown with forest, so that the drifting sand is captured with the roots of the vegetation. Because there are so many together here and are also irregular in shape, they are most likely not burial mounds. Early residents often built their homes on the edge of the stream valleys. The burial mounds were near their settlements

A statue of Christiaan de Wet, by Mendes da Costa, was erected by order of the Kröller-Muller family and can be found in the center of De Hoge Veluwe National Park in Otterlo, The Netherlands

Hoenderloo is a village in the Dutch province of Gelderland.
For the most part it belongs to the municipality of Apeldoorn and for a very small part also to the municipality of Ede, including the hamlet of Hoog-Baarlo. Hoenderloo has 1615 inhabitants in the part of the municipality of Apeldoorn and 65 inhabitants in the part of the municipality of Ede.

The village is located in the southern part of the Veluwe and close to the Hoge Veluwe National Park and the Deelerwoud. It is very touristy, with many campsites, bungalow / leisure parks, restaurants, hotels and shops
