Cycle with this route through a beautiful landscape, which is also the habitat of wild boars, deer, roe deer, sheep, Scottish highlanders and fire-red cattle. They serve as upholstery of the landscape and contribute to the management of the area in that landscape.

The animals have been walking around in our landscape for centuries. Only the Scottish highlander was introduced here in the Veluwezoom National Park as a 'large grazer' in 1982. This area is one of the oldest and largest contiguous areas of Natuurmonumenten. During this cycle route you will pass various locations where you can get acquainted with these animals.

Cycle a shortened version of the route (24 km) by turning right at junction 68 and cycling via junction 17 to junction 66 and then to knoopunt 65. From junction 65 you continue the rest of the route using the junctions.
