Van Gogh cycle route past master painters and Michelin-starred restaurants | Food

Historic cities, Michelin stars and picturesque landscapes. In the cultural city of 's-Hertogenbosch and 'Van Gogh Village Nuenen' you can experience North Brabant's history and gastronomy at its best. If you cycle along the award-winning Van Gogh cycle route, you will follow in the footsteps of the world-famous master painter Vincent van Gogh, who was born and raised in North Brabant. Tip: turn this route into a 2-day bike ride and combine it with the 'Master Painters and Hip Snacks' cycle route from Nuenen to 's-Hertogenbosch (60 km).

The starting point of your bike tour is Het Noordbrabants Museum in 's-Hertogenbosch. Here you will find original paintings by Vincent van Gogh and works by master painter and 's-Hertogenbosch resident Hieronymus Bosch. Hospitality and gastronomy are in the DNA of North Brabant. In 's-Hertogenbosch you can experience this in the Korte Putstraat, according to many the nicest terrace street in the Netherlands. In addition, two of the twenty Michelin-starred restaurants in the province are located in the North Brabant capital: Noble and Sense.
