Discover all benefitsPeel Edge Fault
About 50 meters after the first T-junction, you cross the Peel Edge Fault on the slope. Next, you reach the former monastery farm Keizerbos (1230). At the back of the farm, you walk along the stream Kwir (historical name Keizer) that has been shaped by the Peel Edge Fault and discharges the reddish-brown spring water that collides with the 1.5-meter-high Peel horst. Between junctions 23 and 24, this stream makes a loop where spring water always emerges, even in very dry seasons. At junction 25, you will find an explanation about the Peel Edge Fault.
