From December 6, 2025, to January 5, 2026, a beautiful 'kribkeswandeling' has been set out in Vijlen. This walk of about 9 kilometers leads past kribkes (nativity scenes) and wayside crosses and is the perfect opportunity to enjoy the Christmas atmosphere in peace. Don't forget to enjoy a tasty snack and (hot) drink at one of the catering establishments along the route.

- If you depart in the afternoon, it is advisable to bring lighting.
- This route is not signposted, but the route description can be downloaded.
