Surprising walk through the Grotelsche Forest and along the Snelle Loop.

During this walk, we walk through the forest, over grassland, past grazers and along water. The cows were cooling off in the quick stream.

Around the 3.5 km mark, we may need to make a detour in wet weather, otherwise we might get wet feet!

At the 5.2 km mark, we took a detour to the Aarlesche pond and took some photos. It's definitely worth taking a look here.

Along the way, we regularly have a view of the Mediatoren in the Mortel.

The parking lot is marked with a "P" and is nothing more than parking along a sandy path. In the first part of the walk, we regularly see a bench. After the 3.5 km mark, we do not have any active memory of having seen a bench.

An alternative parking area can be found halfway along the route at walking junction 16 (intersection Speurgt - Grotelseheide).
