Beautiful route, but some bad bike paths in Germany. Consider the ferry fare at Broekhuizen. In summer, it's possible to take a pedestrian ferry at Blitterswijck, outside of this season the ferry is not in operation. Especially at the highest point of Tusschenwald, there is a beautiful view and the route passes through several nice towns.
