Along nodes in the Netherlands and Germany in the border area but now deviated from the markings and over forest paths and through an apple orchard in Afden. Afterwards, Burg Rode and the newly constructed hiking path along the Worm to the historic cemetery in Herzogenrath to connect with the Eurode landscape. Next, cross the border again along the ponds of Rolduc and to the sculpture garden and the adjacent idyllic little cemetery, after which the route goes through the walkways of the abbey to then visit the picturesque Ursuline cemetery.
