One of the most beautiful crossings by bicycle/foot ferry is the one over the Kagerplassen with "'t Heen en Weertje" from Oud Ade to Kaag. This bike tour goes with that ferry "Back and Forth" and leads through the two rustic villages that are connected by the ferry.

The ferry only sails during the summer months. For current sailing times see:

Parking is possible, on weekends, at the Roelofarendsveen carpool car park at exit 5 of the A4 or, on weekdays, in Rijpwetering.
