This track goes to the Meijerij, the region known for its poplar landscape, situated between the triangle of Boxtel, Sint-Oedenrode, and Den Bosch.
From Heusden, you go to Lierop, then through Mierlo, and afterwards to Nuenen. Then you cycle to the hamlet of Stad van Gerwen at the Wilhelmina Canal. Son en Breugel is bypassed via the hamlets of Olen and Mosbulten. Next, the course is set through the Dommel Valley towards Nijnsel. After that, you travel via quiet roads in the Dommel Valley to Liempde and the hamlet of Kasteren.
Through Olland, the route goes to the Jekschotse Heide, and then the track reaches Beek en Donk. Through Lieshout, it heads to Aarle-Rixtel. After that, the Zuid-Willemsvaart is followed for kilometers, mostly on bike paths.
Via BZOB, hamlet Diesdonk, and Asten, the route ultimately returns to Heusden.
