This 32-kilometer-long bike route leads to sights related to the first motorized flight in the Netherlands. The starting and ending point of this route is located at the city office in Etten-Leur.
On June 27, 1909, a motorized aircraft took off for the first time in the Netherlands. At the initiative of the Leurse industrialist Heerma van Voss, the French Count Charles De Lambert wanted to give a demonstration with his Wright Flyer on the Klappenbergse Heide at the Rijsbergseweg.
