After the arrival of the boat, you follow during 3 km the dike to the lovely village of Schiermonnikoog. You continue towards the broad beach, which you can follow until you take a right through the dunes and the wood before returning to the village and the little harbour.
An easy, but beautiful walk which takes about 3 hours for 13 km.
