AzureYou cycle to Asten, Vlierden and Deurne. Then you cycle via rural roads towards Vredepeel and Sint Anthonis. Still via rural roads you go to Rijkevoort Cuijk. Via the ferry you cross the Maas to Plasmolen. There you get the ascent of the Papenberg. You descend to Mook and follow the Maas and the Maas-Waal canal to cross the canal at Heumen and then the Maas. Along the Kraaijenbergse Plassen you cycle to Beers.
Via the Ossenbroek nature reserve and along the river Lage Raam, you cycle to Sint Hubert and Wanroij.
Then you cycle through nature reserve Sint Anthonisbos / Ullingse Bergen, on a well-paved cycle path. Via Elsendorp, De Mortel, nature reserve Grootelsche Heide you go to De Bikkels. Again via Asten you go back to Heusden.
